The leading force behind this nonprofit Marlys Portis Marsh was the victim of murder/suicide perpetrated by her husband on the night of 11/22/08. Her husband Robert Marsh, who was a Native American, has disgraced, dishonored and shamed his Chippewa ancestors in our view.
